Network Monitoring
Monitoring is how a managed network is operated. Device availability, interface errors, wireless health and selected application checks can be observed, then raised in Verico Clientzone when thresholds are breached.

How monitoring is stood up
01
Agree the inventory
Only devices in the service agreement are monitored. Credentials for monitoring are stored operationally, not on this website.
02
Turn on checks
Polling, thresholds and notification channels are proven before they are trusted as the operations view.
03
Triage against the agreement
Alerts are handled against the agreed response times. After-hours coverage applies only where the service agreement says so.

Inventory of checks
In-scope devices and what is actually polled, written down so that “everything is monitored” is not an unspoken claim.
Availability and performance
Polling for reachability, interface errors, wireless health and selected service checks as the platform allows.
Alert routing
Notifications to operations staff on channels agreed with the client.
Ticket creation
Work raised in Verico Clientzone (Support / Helpdesk) when thresholds are breached.
Noise review
Periodic review of missing or noisy checks so that the operations view stays usable.
History as scoped
Retention of monitoring history defined in the agreement, not as an unbounded archive.
Multi-site environments
A single operations view can cover multiple sites, with per-site maintenance windows so that a planned outage is not treated as an incident.
Relationship to the plant
Monitoring does not replace labelled cabling, documented switching or a written backup. Those remain the foundation; monitoring is how contracted estates are watched afterwards.

Common questions
Scope, handover and what is not implied by this page.
Is monitoring included with every installation?
No. Only devices in the service agreement are monitored. A cabling or LAN project does not silently include a monitoring contract.
Where do alerts become tickets?
In Verico Clientzone. Inside Clientzone, support functionality is labelled Support / Helpdesk.
