Multi-site ICT, designed and operated
Verico Networks designs, deploys, supports and manages ICT environments for organisations that need cabling, connectivity, voice, wireless, physical security and managed operations to work as one system.
Established in 2012, we work with sites in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Mbombela and Cape Town, and with estates that span more than one of those areas. Verico operates as a field-based ICT services provider. Meetings are available by appointment.
Existing customers use Verico Clientzone for Support / Helpdesk. New work starts with a consultation.
How an engagement typically runs
Consultation
Scope, sites, constraints and the outcome the organisation needs.
Design
Survey or drawings, a bill of materials, and a deployment plan.
Deploy
Installation, testing and documented handover at the premises.
Operate
Monitoring, changes and incidents through Verico Clientzone where contracted.
Network infrastructure
Structured cabling and fibre as the plant the rest of the estate sits on
Copper and optical fibre, labelled and certified at handover, so switching, wireless, voice, CCTV and access control can be designed as a system rather than a set of unmarked runs.
Capabilities
Structured cabling and fibre, LAN and WLAN, connectivity, voice, physical security, cybersecurity, monitoring and managed ICT — each quoted as a project, a managed service, or both.

Questions we get before a site visit
Lead times, service areas, Clientzone, and how engagements are scoped.
How are new projects started?
Request a consultation by phone, email or WhatsApp during operating hours. Site surveys are typically scheduled within a few business days of a confirmed brief. Installation dates depend on hardware lead times and access to the building.
Which areas does Verico cover?
Pretoria, Johannesburg, Mbombela, Cape Town and nearby suburbs (including Menlyn, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Hatfield and Nelspruit). Verico operates as a field-based ICT services provider. Meetings are available by appointment.
How are SLAs and after-hours support handled?
Managed ICT, connectivity and surveillance contracts can include a written service agreement and after-hours call-out. Scope and response times are agreed in the quotation, not on this website.
How do existing customers log a ticket?
Use Verico Clientzone. Inside Clientzone, support and helpdesk functionality is labelled Support / Helpdesk. Use the account you were issued. Do not send passwords or identity documents through the public website. For a new project, phone or email instead.
How do I raise an ISPA Code of Conduct complaint?
Verico Networks is a member of the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) and adheres to the ISPA Code of Conduct. Read the Code and the complaints process on the ISPA website, or contact ISPA on 010 500 1200 or complaints@ispa.org.za. Take-down notices under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are received by ISPA as our designated agent — see ISPA & compliance and the Acceptable Usage Policy.
What are the operating hours?
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30, Saturdays 08:00 to 12:30. Closed on Sundays and official public holidays. After-hours support applies only where the service agreement says so.
Request a consultation
Phone, email or WhatsApp. The form on the right is only a note you can copy into that conversation — nothing is submitted from this page.
Existing customers should use Verico Clientzone (Support / Helpdesk) rather than a new enquiry.
